How long does shipping take?

For in-stock items, orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Transit times depend on your location, but most shipments arrive within 5–7 business days.

Please note that LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight shipments may take longer due to carrier scheduling and pickup coordination. If your order is shipping via LTL, our support team will reach out to confirm delivery details and provide tracking updates.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk purchases or trade pricing?


No, our MOQ varies depending on the product category. Most bulk orders start at a minimum of 5–10 units per SKU or 1 full pallet. For container pricing, please contact us directly to discuss volume-based discounts.

Can you ship directly to my customers or job site?


Yes - Absolutely. We support Dropshipping, blind shipments, and direct-to-jobsite delivery for our approved B2B accounts. Let us know your preferred fulfillment model during onboarding.
